I don’t know how many people use EFT here, for their stress, once in a while or more deeply. In 2013, I started to offer some classes at Yavapai Community College on EFT and anxiety and people came. They had heard about EFT from their massage therapist, from a book, from a health newsletter like Dr Mercola’s, from a friend or a family member . Definitely, more people have heard about it than 13 years ago when I was introduced to it. There are now many websites, videos on tube on this technique and many, many people benefiting from it all around the world.
