A good number of people drive gingerly up and down Mingus Mountain to go to Jerome. Some like this road as a shortcut to Cottonwood. And some people dread the drive.
This is what happened after 1 session of EFT for one person who usually was afraid of taking that road and 1 session of Emotion Code for the second one.
“After I left you last Saturday, I took 89A up Mingus Mountain through Jerome. I had no fear of the height or narrowness of the road. Also no fear where there were no guard rails. My body does not feel as tight.”

” Last Saturday I drove to Cottonwood. On the way back I saw a sign Prescott 36 miles, so I decided to take that route home.
I didn’t realize that that way took me through the high mountains through Jerome. Very high up, curvy mountain roads.
I did not hyperventilate like I normally would do. I was a little bit nervous but not scared out of my mind like I normally would have been. I really do think what you did with me really helped:)
